Driven and adaptable, the HR Assist Officer will execute critical transactional HR services, powering employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding. This role demands rapid mastery of evolving HR systems, including ServiceNow, UKG, and the transformative Workday implementation in 2025. Your responsibilities will include:
- Execute precise HR transactions in Workday, manage employee lifecycle processes, and ensure data integrity.
- Generating and coordinating employment offers and contract variations, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Contributing to a high-performing team by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and adapting to fluctuating workloads.
- Driving continuous improvement by assisting with system updates, process enhancements, and training initiatives.

You may also have:
- A relevant tertiary qualification and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training.
- Experience working with systems such as Workday, and ServiceNow.
- Experience in preparing letters of offer, variations, employment documentation.
- Experience working with and, at times, providing advice on HR policies and processes.
