Your next career opportunity
We are looking to fill 2 Finance System Lead roles.

As a Workday Functional Lead, you will spearhead the day-to-day operations of Workday Finance within our broader People Systems team.

You'll collaborate with key stakeholders across Finance and Technology to assess, review, and recommend Workday solutions.

Your role will be crucial in driving continuous improvement, contributing to the development roadmap, and maximising Workday's benefits for the University.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Workday Finance Operations: Oversee day-to-day system support, maintenance, and implementation of new capabilities for relevant modules.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and deploy latest Workday features, contributing to the systems roadmap and growth opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Finance process leads and stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct training, and ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor team members, fostering a "Continuous Innovation" mindset to deliver exceptional services.

You may be a great fit if:
You are an experienced Workday professional with strong analytical skills, stakeholder management experience, and a passion for driving system improvements in a university-wide operational context.

You may also:

  • Have relevant tertiary qualifications in HR/Payroll processes or equivalent experience.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Workday solutions, preferably with relevant certifications.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Have experience in contributing to product roadmaps and driving continuous improvement.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
