As an Executive Assistant in the MDHS Deanery, you'll provide high-level support to key executives, particularly the Deputy Dean People Community and Partnerships. You'll have the opportunity to streamline operations, implement innovative practices, and contribute to the faculty's strategic goals. This role offers you the chance to showcase your exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and proactive mindset in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide High-Level Executive Support: Manage diaries, triage emails, and prepare for meetings, ensuring smooth operations and enabling executives to focus on strategic priorities.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Implement efficient work methods, contribute to problem-solving, and continuously seek ways to enhance workflows and administrative systems.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Actively participate in team tasks, share insights, and build strong relationships across the faculty while leveraging AI tools to optimise processes.
- Manage Complex Administrative Tasks: Handle travel arrangements, procurement, expense administration, and committee support with precision and professionalism.

You may also:
- Have a degree or diploma in a relevant field with substantial experience in executive support.
- Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new technologies.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Excel in prioritising tasks, managing competing demands, and maintaining discretion with confidential information.
- Have a track record of introducing innovative administrative processes and structures.
