Your next career opportunity
You will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing our Workday HR systems, focusing on recruitment and onboarding processes.

You'll have the opportunity to configure, troubleshoot, and optimise Workday solutions, working closely with HR experts to improve system functionality.

Your expertise will be vital in ensuring smooth integrations and resolving production issues efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve integration and production issues in Workday HR systems
  • Configure and Enhance Workday: Build and optimise processes in Workday to create effective solutions for the University
  • Manage Integrations: Oversee interface scheduling, monitor integrations, and maintain file transmission automation
  • Develop HR Analytics: Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making

You may be a great fit if:
You are an experienced Workday administrator with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.

You may also:

  • Be a certified Workforce Administrator with relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Have hands-on experience implementing and optimising Workday HR solutions, particularly in Recruitment and Core HCM.
  • Possess strong knowledge of software development life cycle activities and integrated platforms.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Be well-organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
