As an Industry Project Officer at Melbourne Professional Education, you'll play a crucial role in coordinating academic, technical, and administrative aspects of industry projects. You'll have the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders, manage educational delivery activities, and contribute to high-quality outcomes for industry and government partners. This role offers you the chance to develop your project management skills in a dynamic educational environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate Educational Projects: Manage industry and government partner projects from scoping to evaluation, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, academics, and key University stakeholders.
- Contribute to Process Improvement: Enhance project coordination efficiency and implement effective communication strategies.
- Support Academic Delivery: Provide scheduling advice and practical support to academic and professional staff throughout program approval and delivery.

You are a detail-oriented professional with strong project coordination skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality educational outcomes in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
You may also:
- Have a degree with relevant experience in project coordination or educational development.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Be adaptable and able to work in a flexible, changing environment.
- Have experience in problem-solving and delivering creative solutions.
- Be proficient in using standard application software, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
