Driving the core of HR transformation, the ST&A Functional Specialist will work within the ERP Program's Scheduling, Time & Attendance Stream. In Phase 2, this role delivers critical compliance and functional expertise, architecting and implementing complex business processes, notably UKG Scheduling. Partnering with BAU and ERP systems teams, they forge best-practice, compliant solutions, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leverage deep University expertise in systems, compliance, and scheduling use cases to optimise testing and design.
- Architect and document end-to-end Scheduling business processes, securing stakeholder buy-in and prioritising user experience.
- Drive effective implementation of reengineered processes, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Cultivate strategic stakeholder relationships and facilitate knowledge transfer, collaborating with OCM for seamless change management.

You may also:
- Tertiary qualifications (and/or postgraduate or professional level qualifications) in the Human resources domain or other relevant discipline, and/or an equivalent mix of education and extensive and diverse experience.
- Strong understanding of the University and associated compliance requirements. Particularly around casual engagement, time and attendance, rostering etc.
- Well-Demonstrated ability to interpret a set of business requirements and appropriately assess to a technology solution.

Your new team – ERP Transformation Program
The ERP Replacement Program provides foundational building blocks to achieve a Process and Service Transformation and will enable the Pandemic Reset Program to realise sustainable financial and organisational stability. The implementation will require UoM to invest in the right capability, taking 2-3 years to deliver a new Enterprise Resourcing Planning (ERP) to the University of Melbourne.
