Your next career opportunity
As a Change and Communications Lead in the Student Services Transformation Program, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the University's future. You'll design and execute change management and communication strategies with university-wide impact, working autonomously to drive the adoption of new ways of working. This role offers you the chance to lead high-impact initiatives, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to enhancing student services across the institution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop Change Strategies: Create comprehensive change management plans aligned with the University's strategic goals, ensuring effective implementation across the institution.
  • Lead Communication Initiatives: Design and execute communication plans to engage stakeholders, manage expectations, and drive adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Identify key stakeholders, address concerns, and ensure buy-in throughout the change process.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Evaluate change initiatives, incorporate feedback, and enhance future change management practices.

You will be a great fit if:

You are an experienced change management professional with a strong background in communications, capable of working autonomously to deliver high-impact initiatives across a complex organisation.

You also:

  • Have a relevant tertiary qualification with at least 3 years of change management experience.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and business impact analysis.
  • Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and the ability to provide executive-level support.
  • Excel in developing communication strategies across various channels and media.
  • Be adept at managing multiple initiatives and stakeholders in an agile environment.
  • Align with COO values, displaying service excellence and collaborative working style.
