Your next career opportunity
The Neuroscience PhD Program Coordinator will oversee and manage all aspects of the program, ensuring an enriching interdisciplinary experience for students. Working closely with the Program Director, you will support current and prospective PhD candidates, coordinate educational and administrative activities, and drive program development. This part-time role requires autonomy and collaboration with university faculties, research institutes, and key external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the smooth operation of the Neuroscience PhD Program, including workshops, seminars, and mentoring initiatives.
  • Developing a strategic plan with the Program Director and Deans to ensure program growth and sustainability.
  • Keeping the program’s webpage and online resources up to date, including the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Reporting on program progress to key stakeholders, including the Academic Board, Graduate Research Office, and supervising departments.

You may also:

  • Have experience delivering or participating in PhD or postgraduate programs.
  • Be familiar with the University’s Learning Management System (LMS) and website maintenance.
  • Have experience designing surveys, analysing student feedback, and implementing program enhancements.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and university systems, with strong organisational and time management skills.
