Your next career opportunity
As the Schedule, Time and Attendance Lead, you'll play a crucial role in optimising workforce management at the University of Melbourne.
You'll have the opportunity to lead the implementation of UKG Pro WFM solutions, collaborate with key stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.
Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency of HR processes across the university.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead System Operations and Improvement: Oversee day-to-day UKG Pro WFM support, maintenance, and development, ensuring compliance and driving continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with HR process leads and other key stakeholders to gather requirements, deploy solutions, and drive adoption across the organisation.
- Manage and Develop Team: Supervise a Systems Support administrator, ensuring high-quality work and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to the HR systems roadmap, assess new features, and recommend enhancements aligned with the University's needs.
You may be a great fit if:
You are an experienced HR systems professional with a strong background in workforce management solutions, particularly UKG Pro WFM, and have a passion for driving continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.
You may also:
- Possess a relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Payroll, or a related field.
- Have experience in service management, preferably with ITIL qualifications.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Be committed to continuous learning and driving improvement in HR systems and processes.
