About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced workspace professional to enhance the workspace experience across the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology. You'll have the chance to drive improvements in space utilisation, develop new operational processes, and enhance the overall workspace experience for staff and students across multiple cutting-edge campuses.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day workspace operations, including access management, maintenance coordination, and logistical support for events and activities
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operation of workspace environments
  • Contributing to space planning and optimisation projects using workspace management systems and workplace analytics
  • Facilitating the resolution of workspace and facility-related issues in a timely manner

Who We Are Looking For
We're looking for a proactive and collaborative professional who is passionate about creating positive workspace experiences. You should be adaptable, client-focused, and able to thrive in a changing environment.

You will also have:

  • Relevant experience and training in workspace/office management, concierge/reception, or property/facilities management/ hospitality
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a busy environment with changing demands
  • Knowledge of facilities and property management, including office relocations and facility maintenance processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find appropriate solutions
  • Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office applications

This role requires that the successful candidate must undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.
