About the Role
The Senior Advisor - Pricing leads the University's critical annual course fee setting process, delivering data-driven recommendations based on market analysis, cost modelling, and benchmarking. This role champions clear, efficient fee management processes, ensuring timely and accurate fee information across all platforms. Collaborating closely with team members, stakeholders, the role drives continuous improvement, aligning fee strategies with the University's financial goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the annual fee-setting process, conducting comprehensive data analysis to inform evidence-based recommendations and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Developing and maintaining robust fee management processes, including data governance, policy frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders across the University to provide expert guidance on fee-related matters, support decision-making, and contribute to the development of pricing strategies that are sustainable and competitive.
Who we are looking for
We seek a highly analytical and results-oriented individual with extensive experience in a complex organisation. The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving and data analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and deliver compelling presentations to senior stakeholders. Proven experience in driving continuous improvement, prioritising tasks effectively, and working independently in a fast-paced environment is essential.
You will also have:
- Graduate or postgraduate qualifications in Mathematics, Statistics, Data science/analytics or other relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
- Extensive experience in a similar role in a large, complex organisation working with a high degree of autonomy.
- Extensive experience with data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to analyse, interpret, and derive actionable insights from large and complex datasets.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.
