Join the University of Melbourne as the Director, Academic and Student Services, and play a pivotal role in shaping the Faculty's teaching, learning, and student experience strategies. Reporting to the Faculty Executive Director, you will lead high-performing teams, drive innovative initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders across the University to deliver exceptional academic services and support student success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for curriculum development, delivery, student experience, and departmental services.
  • Oversee academic governance, program administration, and student matters in collaboration with relevant University units.
  • Drive the Faculty's employability, student wellbeing, and engagement strategies, leveraging technology for scalable solutions
  • Lead and mentor business support teams across departments, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
