About the Role
The University of Melbourne's Melbourne Online seeks a Partnership and Marketing Coordinator to drive its online education vision. This role requires strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills to oversee marketing campaigns, ensure brand compliance, and foster effective team collaboration.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the primary liaison between external partners and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, aligned goals, and timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Ensuring all marketing assets adhere to the University's brand guidelines, facilitating creative approvals, and reflecting accurate course information.
- Coordinating approvals, track progress, address issues, and maintaining stakeholder engagement throughout marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align on strategies, processes, and objectives, resolve issues, and share best practices.
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to effectively coordinate marketing campaigns with external partners, and strong project management experience. They will be adept at prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high quality standards. Prior experience in higher education, digital marketing, and media planning is highly desirable.
You will also have:
- Relevant Bachelor’s qualification and/or extensive experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience acting as a liaison between external partners and internal teams, particularly in a marketing or project coordination role.
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, including working with external partners to deliver effective, targeted marketing strategies and creative assets.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.
