Student Administration Systems Analyst

About the Role
As a Student Administration Systems Analyst, you will provide high-quality support to users, ensuring smooth operation of student administration systems. Your role involves handling support requests, monitoring system performance, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimise functionality.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily triage, monitoring, and resolution of support requests across multiple channels, prioritising responses and managing issues according to standards and KPIs
  • Configure systems, provide support, and analyse applications and technologies within the Student Administration Systems team's scope
  • Escalate incidents, requests, and problems following internal prioritisation processes to team members or vendor support when necessary

Who we are looking for
You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, you should demonstrate self-driven learning, technical competence, and adept problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.

You will also have:

  • Undergraduate qualifications in a relevant discipline and or equivalent mix of education and relevant experience
  • Experience using ITIL methodologies to manage support and operational requests
  • Knowledge of student administration systems and processes is highly desirable.
