About the Roles
All roles sit within the Digital, Design and Service Experience team within the Operational Performance Group. These roles play an important part in leading the practice of service improvement across the University and cultivating a culture of and the capability for continuous improvement. The roles that we are currently seeking are:

  • Service Improvement Manager
  • Senior Service Improvement Leads (multiple positions)
  • Service Improvement Lead (multiple positions)
  • Service Improvement Analyst

You will be a part of a team of high performing professionals in the Digital, Design & Service Experience Team who partner with stakeholders across the University to deliver projects to improve the student and staff experience.  In addition to service improvement specialists, the team includes designers and digital designers and we utilise a blended improvement toolkit when working on projects.

You will work on small to large-scale projects with a variety of stakeholders to improve the processes that deliver our services to students, academics and staff. You’ll apply service improvement methods, tools and mindset to address complex problems and opportunities.

Who we are looking for
We are seeking individuals with experience in and a deep understanding of Service, Process, and Business improvement methodologies who are motivated by solving complex problems in sometimes ambiguous environments.

The ideal candidates will demonstrate a true passion for human-centered continuous improvement and advocate for these methods across various stakeholders at the University.

Candidates who excel when working in a diverse project team and demonstrate a growth mindset evidenced by empathy, curiosity and resilience will thrive in these roles.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.
