About the Role
The Student Academic Integrity Specialist (Systems) plays a vital role in supporting the University’s commitment to academic integrity by managing and enhancing the Resolve case management system. This role involves system configuration, process analysis, stakeholder training, and deployment of system updates, while providing expert advice and support to academic and professional staff. Additionally, the Specialist supports Student Academic Misconduct Committees, ensuring compliance with policies and efficient committee operations, requiring exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Act as a primary point of contact for Resolve user enquiries, supporting users, addressing queries and issues, and collaborating with colleagues in faculties to promote best practice and minimise errors.
- Develop and deliver system training for user groups. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, gather feedback, and make further adjustments to training materials or system configurations as needed.
- Update and communicate operational guidelines, training manuals and system documentation. Ensure that all documentation is clear, accurate, and accessible to users, and create detailed guides and FAQs addressing system features and processes.
- Conduct detailed audits of the current system configurations and workflows to identify gaps between the setup and the new policy or process requirements.
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate excels in time management and organisational skills, effectively balancing competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. They build strong stakeholder relationships, contribute to a collaborative team environment, and demonstrate exceptional presentation and written communication abilities.
You will also have:
- A graduate qualification with significant relevant experience or an equivalent combination of significant experience and/or education and training.
- A high level of technical proficiency and expert knowledge of the Resolve case management system, including experience in identifying, configuring, and implementing system improvements.
- Demonstrated high level presentation and written communication skills, including the ability to write minutes, management reports, briefing papers and responses to correspondence.
- Detailed and demonstrated knowledge of University governance, and of the University’s legislative and policy framework.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University.
